Hi! I am Kristina. I have over 15 years of combined experience in both the corporate & non-profit sectors. My roles have included marketing for a local architectural & engineering firm, non profit event planning, department head for one of the largest fitness companies in the US, marketing premier cruises & land events and most recently directing global trips bringing my cross-cultural experience to over 20 countries.

I am a hard worker, a self-starter with a posture of learning. My attention to detail, love for creation and inspiration and my desire for achievement led me to where I am today - creating and running my own design business. I started Kristina Tubinis Designs in 2022 and brought on a partner, Erin, in 2023 to expand and transform!

And, I'm Erin! I am a results-driven marketing and customer relationship leader with 18 years of success. I have a proven record of reliable execution and successful project execution through trust and experiential communication. With my motivation and high enthusiasm, skills and expertise, I am able to bring a positive and optimistic professionalism to any situation. I am an extremely organized and detailed multi-tasker, excellent verbal and written communicator and personable and empathetic problem-solver. I’m teachable and I love to learn, so I appreciate any challenge that affords me the opportunity to grow, think outside the box and be creative.

Duo is made up of two Memphis- based marketing and social media entrepreneurs.
